I just new to the scenarios editor. (so the scenarios maybe not interesting)

I simply can't think any good title for it.
So I put simple easy title.

is that only got .scn file?
how to do .msc file?
try that 2 scenarios, maybe it is too easy for you all.
give your comment on it.
thanks.

To the Dev's - Have you ever considered releasing more advanced scenario editor - which would let players creating not only scenarios but "intro's" too ??

In the past, I have considered doing the same thing. I have picked through the .msc files, and have pretty much figured out how to do it myself. Basically, you will write a list of text messages to display, and give camera locations for each. I was planning on putting the capability of building an intro into my scenario editor, but due to lack of interest I gave up on the idea. I actually made an intro for my "One Last Chance" scenario, which is later in this forum under the heading "New Hard Scenario". You can look at the .msc file to see how the intros are done.

Basically, there are a few commands I played with:
SET_CAMERA Positions the camera over a particular location.
SHOW_BALLON Shows some text, as is done in the scenarios that came with Massive Assault. The text appears over the specified hex.
PAUSE waits a period of time, PAUSE 0 is the only way I've used it, and it pauses until the player presses the "Next" button
HIDE_BALLON then hides the text.

To get the camera position, look at this thread:

I haven't tried it out yet...

We don't have a special editor to create intros. They are written as a plain text files :)

All info about how to get camera values and positions for baloons and arrows is already on the forums somewhere (i dpn't remember it now and have nowhere to peek for it).
