| Post subject: | demo replays |
I downloaded the demo and would like to watch a replay or two with sea battles ... is it possible? I downloaded a bunch from the message boards some of the replays work and some of them crash the game. I just wanted to watch a replay with an aircraft carrier, battle ships and other sea stuff in action. |

well i think this will interest you - this is replay of my game with Victor i lost this game by doing one dumb mistakes allowing him to invade my main province but naval battle here is was very long and fierce.

thanks for the quick reply. I downloaded your replay but, it didnt work (crashed)... I guess it is because I only have the Demo and not the full version 
Other thing I noticed is the demo only comes with 4 or 5 maps. That might be the reason it crashes. |

there are 6 maps in full version and one added by patch. i dont know which of them are replayable in demo.. i know that there is Emerald map in demo but there is no naval war there. |

you need to find some one who can provide good replay on Anubis planet. I've asked Tiger, he will try to find good replay on Anubis |

Thanks Vadim, Tiger... That replay worked. I really enjoyed watching it. I am very interested in buying the game now. Until then is there any web site that has replays or is this the only place people post them? I assume the only ones I can watch with sea battles is anubis. thanks again

thanks again Well, actually there is no special place where the replays are posted.... though its a damned good idea! I'll see what I can do to create such a place as soon as possible. In the retail version there are a couple of replays on those water maps with lots of naval action... However, frankly speaking in Massive Assault it's much more interesting to PLAY those naval battles with tons of Battleships and Carriers rather than WATCH replays of other people games...

I will be buying it asap. was just looking for something to tide me over til I can get out and buy it:) would be nice to see replays of tourny games kinda scout out the competition... thanks for the help dont know many places where devs are willing to help out a guest, and so quickly. I appreciate it. |

there is not tournament replays yet since it is not started.yet...so you may even fit in if you register before 20th. Anubis replays...hmmm...somewhere on forum i posted my replay of last scenario of revolutionary fire campain - shows a really HUGE massacre of poor AI units by FOUR aircraft carriers... also here is replay of mine game against Kolyan (well this is not a real naval battle but an example how a carrier supports surface units) and also a pair of replays of other battles on anubis if you just want to watch some movies before you get the game...
