 Post subject: Sub Turns

I'm not sure if this is being implemented in the expansion, but the game might be played faster (it will change gameplay a bit) this way.

Each part of the phase is a seperate turn which each player can play at the same time. All units move at the same time. Then all units fire at the same time. All players recruit and so on. All animations are reviewed at the beginning of the sub turn.

This would allow for team play as well.
