Post subject:  AI use of Transports and Carriers

I have played a couple of world wars against the AI and have yet to see the AI use transports or carriers. Is the AI unable to use these units? If so, is this going to be addressed in the future or is there some programming issue concerning this.

Yes, these issues are being currenlty worked on by our programmers and will appear in one of the future updates.

That is very good news. I play against the AI mainly while I work and it almost feels like cheating using transports and carriers. I like an even playing field and have started playing without using those units. Makes some invasions very difficult. Anyway, please make this issue a priority. It will make a GREATgame even better. :D

I'm also glad to hear you are working on the AI transport issue.

I played the game once (New Paradise WW) and enjoyed it, but eventhough the AI is pretty good compared to most, I don't think it has much of a chance against a human unless it can deliver units to front lines more quickly. What seems to happen is that it commits forces piecemeal and gets caught in a meat-grinder.

Because of this I've been putting off playing again until the AI was toughened up as I don't have the time for multiplayer.

More power to your AI coders' fingers!
