Since patching to 197 I've noticed that all the tutorials seem broken. By broken I mean some of the following seems to happen: I can move units, but cannot target the ai troops to fire (this happens with the bombers on the 5th tut level), the ai turn never finishes (troops will move and fire but then the ai turn just seems to loop, I can "skip" past this), at the completion of my turn the game goes into a loop and never gets to the ai turn.
Is anyone else seeing this problem?

I have met this problem in 8th tutorial. First turn has no problems but on second turn the game just crashes (on the disclosure phase).

I'm now getting the "hanging" problem in multiplayer games. In the current game we've both disclosed and I am taking my combat turn, hit end phase and the game just hangs, I can move the mouse around but it won't move the screen around the map (it locks onto the last mapshot I was looking at, also doesn't allow me to click on any menu buttons), doesn't move onto the next phase at all, until I hit alt+F4 to quit the game then I hear the "Recruitment phase" message, but of course the game is now dead.
Again, anyone else seeing this issue? Note that this is under the new v.198.

Sure, the id of the game is 8090 and is between myself (gimpsLTD) and pikkutyyppi. I tried to do a 'repair' but the same problem occurs.
