It would be cool to be able to "ping" the map (like a minimap ping in WC3) to highlight a spot during a replay, especially in conjunction with a text message or comment. This would be nice for during a game when you want to say "nice move" or something of the like when your opponent pulls 15 tanks out of nowhere and puts them across your border. This would also be VERY VERY VERY helpful to mentors, as they would be able to point directly to a newbie's mistake and tell them what they did wrong, instead of having to say "in such and such country".

I like Artanis's idea. I assume you mean a message pops up, while at the same time a part of the minimap glows or emits radar lines, right?

I think getting the camera to move to the relevant spot would be better.

The arrows and glowing borders from the scenarios looks nice enough to use for this.
