I was having trouble all night connecting to a chat channel, and decided to update to the newest patch (1.2.198). Now, everytime I'm online with multiplayer and hit the chat tab, the game hangs for a second, then quits me back to the desktop with nothing but a laugh! I'm using a Dell 4600C Pentium 4, 512MB Ram, Intel Extreme Graphics 2 onboard 64MB video card and Soundmax audio. (AC'97) If you need any other info email me here: jevangelho@charter.net Hope someone has an explanation handy...not being in the chat channels is crippling sometimes when you want the games to flow. The newest patch is 200, but don't bother with that either, chat doesn't even function. I haven't been able to get into chat for the last 16 hours. |
