*edit* I just ordered the MAN and they were happy to charge my credit card but and I got the email. However, I didn't get an alias and /or password. *end edit* I have justed emailed tech support. Hoping they will get back to me soon Thanks for anyones help. |

Have you contacted the support team? If not, why not? You're hardly going to have much of a basis for further action if your attempts to further the situation were non-existent. |
