Altho it shouldn't everyone knows that now and then we mess up and lose a transport with units in it. But when some turns are many days apart, when watching your opponents turn you can't remember wether a tranpost that just blew up had stuff inside it.

So I'd like to suggest a larger explosion than normal if it was carryign units, maybe even make the explosion size based on the number of units.

Maelstrom had the idea of maybe units flying out of the transport and exploding when it dies, or maybe units even flying pass the camera out into space :)

How about having a message pop up like when an enemy invades a capital? It would just state what you lost inside the transport.

DAMN!

I thought it was my idea!
I swear I had that idea a couple of weeks ago!

I had it in mind, but I just hadn't put it into to-do list....

Heh, your todo list must be using a whole tree of paper every time you print it out by now.

If you click on a transport that just died while its still replaying the enemy's turn the game will show you what was inside of it.
