However all of this leaves a question hanging in the air: What happens to current Massive Assault players? Unfortunately this is where M.A.N. has a sting in its tail. After a bit of persistence, I got the answer I was looking for – though not the one I wanted to hear. Effectively all Massive Assault players will be required to switch over to M.A.N. and those who don’t will lose even those multiplayer features that they have already become accustomed to. Essentially the boxed game is going from free multiplayer to paid multiplayer (or no multiplayer). Wargaming.net were eager to point out that Massive Assault keys are good for three months subscription, though, and that only Massive Assault owners will have access to the lengthy single player campaigns.
