hey i'm new to this game and am caught up in a little bit of confusion. I downloaded the MAN 2 demo but i cant find any information on the game or when it comes out on retail. Second, what does subscribing do? i find it hard to believe that people would spend 40$ for something like 20 extra maps. so what i am asking is what is the differences between massive assualt and the massive assualt network 2 demo i have now?

If you have subscription now, you'll get additional maps, 4 variant of unit's set, later promised Clan Wars and tournaments for players with subscription.

MAN 2 is a multiplayer oriented game. MA is a single player game.

MAN 2 makes it easy to find and play with people online while both people watch the same game, or when you run out of time you can continue to send turns every day or two. You can see your statistics, chat with people, send a public challenge, or even play the online AI characters to try some new strategy. And like Tiger said, you can join a clan or play in a tournament, which include some rewards for the winners.

This game is a wargamer and strategen's dream, and the unlimited subscription is the perfect option. Try the MAN 2 demo... if you like it you'll absolutely love all the extra stuff you'll be able to do with the full version.
