Well, here's the deal.. I got MA running 24/7/365 on my desktop. Now when I try to start Domination it says "ya got one Massive Assault running already, close it first blah blah blah..".

Well, why to stop runnin em same time? The original meaning of that code was of course to stop two copies of MA (and/or MAN) running same time. I understand that it uses same code to detect multiple instances as in your old game but it's time to change it lil bit.

This is very annoying when ya gotta close the MA and then start Domination, then again close Domination when ya wanna do your MA turns.

So pretty please, in your first patch, put new multi instance detection. It ain't big job.
