Post subject:  Multiple profiles

Hi all,

I have purchased the lifetime subscription. I have 1 profile; Brewer. I added a 2nd profile for testing/goofing around, and could not use the activation key from the 1st. That 2nd profile has been deleted since I couldn't play on full version. It also seemed to consumed a huge amount of system resources, even with all the settings turned off - but thats likely another issue for a different thread.

Do I need to purchase another lifetime membership to have more than 1 profile or should I be allowed to use the original membership?

My personal feeling is that many rpg/subscription-type games allow multiple accounts/profiles/characters with the subscription. I can also see how allowing multiple profiles could be exploited to allow different players to use a single key; which would be very bad. I can think of a few ways to limit that exposure, but the administrative overhead might be more than what the designers wish to participate in. Then again, I could be full of $417, and they've already thought of this. :D

Thoughts? Help?

As far as I know, you can create any number of profiles on the same computer, but each your new profile is trial until you don't purchase the lifetime subscription for this profile.

Absolutely agree with Tiger's comments.

Our testers have several profiles running fast on the same computer. Actually, creating 2nd, 3rd and other profiles shouldn't slow down the system. We never experienced such problems.

Good luck,
Nick.

Followup question:

I've got my registered profile, and a few trial ones. Can I delete the registered profile, say just to change the name, and re-use that activation code, or will I need @man2.net assistance?

You need to contact me or our support team for such changes.
Activation code becomes invalid after you apply it to any profile.
