The Phantom Leagues fleet turned victorious in a great naval battle in the Channel. However, four F.N.U.’s Battleships have survived. They would be also butchered during the next couple of turns, leaving Phantom League the absolute sea master. F.N.U.’s admiral took bitter but the only right decision: two damaged Naval Transports were used to block the narrowest part of the Channel, while four remaining Battleships sail away at full speed. The whole Phantom League’s fleet, including the Carrier is stuck on the right side from the "live screen". Of course the Transports will be eliminated the next turn, but that delay will be enough for F.N.U.’s Battleships to escape.

It’s only a partial Phantom League’s victory, because the remaining Battleships:
  1. will still be a threat to Phantom League’s Naval Transports in other parts of the world

  2. most probably they will be retreating to the region where F.N.U. has resources to recruit new Destroyers. And when these four Battleships link with six to ten Destroyers, will constitute a solid fleet which will be a threat to that of Phantom League.
