Please, note that general terms like "the game just crashes" is usually of little help to the support team, because they do not help us to repeat the bug and come up with the fix. Please, try to describe your problem in as many details as possible. The most valuable information for us is the detailed description of the way how the bug repeats.
DxDiag File:
To obtain this file, please do the following:
1.
Press Windows "Start" button
2.
Select Run menu
3.
Type "DXDIAG" in the "Open" field and press "OK"
4.
Press "Save All Information" in the appeared DirectX Diagnostic tool window and save the file on your hard drive.
