Be sure to include the log file from right after the crash.
The support staff has, in my experience, been very prompt in their replies so far.

I cannot play througha single full turn. The game hangs anytime a phase ends I get as far as selecting secret allies or doing one compbat phase 9or the comptuer takes one turn and then ir hangs. Am i doing something stupid? |

I Can't play either...I have reinstalled everything, defragged, sent it to support and yes even rebooted. Looks a like a cool game...too bad I can't find out for sure. |

I'm having the same problem. Not to be a dick, but there's only email support and I haven't gotten a responce for a few hours and I did pay money for a time-limited subscription for this. If I don't get a reply early tomorrow I'm going to get pretty pissed off. It worked fine when I first tried it. The only think I can think of was that I ran Windows Update, but the OP was before the most recent batch of updates, so I can't imagine what the issue is. |

OK. So, it works if I uninstall the map pack (the first time I uninstalled I opten not to remove the optional bits). I reinstalled, tried it without the map pack and it worked. Installed map pack and *break*. Now, since I've yet to recieve turns for the new maps, I dont' know if the new maps will work and it's just the default map that's broken or what, but I'll try to figure that out tomorrow. |

hey guys and gals. i know just how you feel, im playing on a compaq presario latop does the game hang at 1 or 2 bars? does the game hang at end of phase? does the game hang durrring playback of last player? the answer to this is yes. is it fixable...also yes. first, download the file www.massiveassaultnetwork.com/downloads ... k_beta.exe this is the map pack without the brimstone map, for whatever reason, the map for the brimstone code wll bsod my machine...no one knows why..but that ok its just 1 map. and ignore the patch. all you need do is uninstall the game...put the main d/l files in a backup folder. all my downloads go into a quarantee folder... ok now uninstall and delete all, reinstall, the 201 file, install the man map pack beta(but only do this if you are not trial) if you are trial, you dont need the map packs... then.get in there and play the game...im waiting to crush you... 
have a great day. btw i uninstall and delete eveerything every 3-5 days just so that can keep up to date with the current problems....and rememeber this is a turn based game with lots of eye candy... its not real time..but it is fun. ...like chess on crack. |

This is all bulls##t. These bugs need to be fixed. I haven't played in a couple of weeks because all the crashes/bugs made it so hard to enjoy that I finally gave up. I'll be damned if I'll PAY for the same experience! 1. Get it fixed then release it. 2. When you must patch, at least make sure the patch doesn't make things worse. 3. What in the hell is with the Brimstone map? I've never seen the place because, even after several full program uninstall/reinstalll efforts, the stupid map still hangs up the program when I try and launch it. I'll buy a subscription but not till the game functions correctly. I'm also sure that the developers are rapidly eroding their consumer base by trying to sell a flawed product. |

As far as I understand the problem should be only in case of download and install of "Brimstone" map as separate installation file - for MAN beta or MA. So, MAN users shouldn't install "Brimstone" map separatelly. Both man_map_pack.exe or man_map_pack_beta.exe should work well with 201st or 203rd versions. |
