| Post subject: | Broken product/network codes |
My cd just arrived (Mac version), but the product and network codes don't work. A little card was pasted to the front of the box with an alternate set of codes and a warning that the ones on the manual were incorrect, but these codes were also broken! Has this happened to anyone else? Any ideas what I can do/who to contact about this problem? Thanks.... |

I also have the Mac version, and the same happened to me. Simple solution - they are the wrong way round! Type the bottom code first [ie in the top box on screen] and the top one second [ie in the bottom box on screen] - see if that helps (can't remember which way round they were). Worked for me! Hope that helps |
